Digital X-Ray
Digital x-rays are quickly becoming adopted by a large percentage of the dental industry. A digital x-ray allows the dentist to take an image of the tooth or teeth and put it into an imaging program. Within this imaging program, there are a number of tools that will allow the dentist to take a very close look at the teeth and surrounding structures with amazing accuracy. As a benefit to the patient, the digital x-ray also provides nearly 80% less radiation than a standard x-ray. This is due to the fact that the digital version of the x-ray is much more sensitive to this radiation and has been specifically designed with the patient in mind.
6 Month Smiles
Crowded or crooked teeth can affect your self-esteem as well as your oral health, yet some patients may not be willing to wear metal braces for two to three years. Now, people who feel self-conscious about their smiles have an alternative to traditional orthodontics. 6 Month Smiles focuses on aligning the front six teeth in about 6 months with clear braces.
Invisalign
If you aren’t satisfied with your teeth but the thought of wearing braces has stopped you from making a change, Invisalign is perfect for you! Invisalign uses clear, plastic alignment trays to gradually move your teeth into their prescribed position. The trays are practically “invisible”, comfortable, and removable during meals. You will get a new set of custom-made trays approximately every two weeks during treatment. You will end up with the beautiful smile you desire without the hassle of a mouthful of metal!
Dental Implants
Simply put, dental implants are replacements for the root or roots of a tooth. Made from high-grade titanium or stainless steel, dental implants can be used to secure crowns, bridgework, and dentures by various means.

Laser Dentistry
We are now using the Fotona Lightwalker laser with many of our dental procedures. The laser takes our procedures to the next level.
3D Cone Beam X-Rays (Carestream)
Dental 3-D Cone Beam Computed Tomography is a specialized type of dental radiograph used when standard 2-D x-rays are not sufficient. The CT scanner generates 3-D images of dental structures, soft tissue, nerve paths and jaw bone in a single scan. These high-resolution scans can be used in conjunction with the latest software to reach a level of detailed diagnosis and treatment planning previously unavailable.
Intraoral Camera
The intraoral camera is an amazing diagnostic tool for viewing different angles in the mouth that we would not have been able to just a few years ago. The camera gives us the ability to view the entire mouth on a monitor so that we can get a closer look at any potential issues or problems that may arise. In addition, the patient will have the ability to see for themselves first hand the same images we are seeing. These digital images are also excellent for gaining procedure acceptance from insurance companies.
